    Appointments

We will make every effort to be on time for your child's appointment.  Occasionally, an emergency may occur which could result in a delay.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, no charge will be made for rescheduling, provided 48 hours notice is given so that your child's time can be given to another patient.

    Fees and Payments

Our fees are based on the actual work provided.  Payment should be made at each visit when treatment is rendered.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and other forms of financing are available.  For our patients with dental insurance, we submit claims as a courtesy.  The subscriber is responsible for any amount not paid by the insurance company.

    Dental Trauma

If your child has an accident, please call our office as soon as possible. We will see your child immediately, if needed. We will assess the situation and decide on a plan of action. If it is an after-hours emergency, call (208) 777-9331, press 5 and leave a message for the doctor on call.  Your call will be returned promptly.

The first 30 minutes after a dental accident are the most critical. If a permanent tooth is knocked out, gently rinse, but do not scrub the tooth under water. Replace the tooth in the socket if possible. If this is impossible, place the tooth in a glass of milk and come to the office immediately. If the tooth is fractured, please bring any pieces you can find. Baby teeth should NOT be replaced if knocked out!

Our schedule may be delayed in order to accommodate an injured child. Please accept our apologies in advance should an emergency occur during your child's appointment.
